Solon Eiendom ASA - Share capital increase registered

(Oslo, Norway, 6 February 2017) Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 30 January 2017 regarding the final result of the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of 666,666,666 new shares in Solon Eiendom ASA ("Solon" or the "Company", ticker "SOLON").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Solon's new share capital is NOK 971,901,105.30 divided into 9,719,011,053 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10 and each giving one vote at the Company's general meeting.

The new shares will be delivered to each subscriber's VPS account, provided that the respective subscriber has paid for its allocated shares, and become tradable on Oslo Børs on 7 February 2017.

DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, Arctic Securities AS and SpareBank 1 Markets acted as managers for the Subsequent Offering.
