Taleo Partners Line Up to Support Solutions Exchange
Partners Plug Into Taleo's Talent Grid; Wide Ranging Content and
Services Will Be Available to Taleo Customers
CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - October 15, 2008) - HR Tech Expo -- Taleo
Corporation (NASDAQ: TLEO), the leading provider of on-demand talent
management solutions, today announced that it is expanding its
community of partners and is lining up increased support of its
Solutions Exchange. Solutions Exchange will be the Talent Management
industry's broadest collection of content, service, and solutions
providers for helping companies find, attract, screen, employ, engage
and compensate their most valuable assets, their employee talent. The
Solutions Exchange will be the first of three dynamic communities
Taleo recently announced as part of its Cloud Computing strategy --
the Talent Grid -- to foster a robust, interactive Talent Management
community. The other two exchanges, Talent Exchange and Knowledge
Exchange, will be initiated within the next year.
The Solutions Exchange will be comprised of a core set of over 50
existing partners, across six main categories supporting talent
management: Assessments & Surveys, Background and Reference Checking,
Consulting and Content, HRO & RPO, Sourcing and Tax Credit Screening
and Processing. The Solutions Exchange was established to provide
customers with "one click" access to a broad set of services and
content to so that they can configure their unique talent acquisition
and performance management processes as needed.
Partners in the Solution Exchange will use Taleo's Passport
integration foundation to make their products easily available to
customers.
Today, the company announced agreements with six strategic partners
to participate in the Solutions Exchange:
-- SHL: Operating in over 50 countries in 30 languages, offers the
world's largest portfolio of assessment tools to help organizations improve
quality of hire, increase productivity and gain a competitive advantage
through improved people performance.
-- First Advantage: The first Taleo premier partner with multiple
Passport certifications for tax credit screening, background checking, and
assessments; provides customers with a one-stop set of screening and
assessment services.
-- eQuest: Offering strategic, global service and support for management
of job board services including distribution, analysis and consulting.
Taleo customers have exclusive rights to aggregate job board posting
analytics gathered from other Taleo customers through the Talent Grid and
eQuest's award winning Prophesy 3 (P3) analytics suite. As part of the
planned Talent Knowledge Exchange, Taleo and eQuest will also form an
eQuest Special Interest Group.
-- Acxiom: The first key alliance partner of Vurv to move into Taleo's
solutions program, Acxiom will be a Passport Certified Network Partner
providing Vurv customer conversion assistance to the Taleo platform.
-- Jobs2web: Helps companies attract, interact and hire qualified
candidates by using Web 2.0 technologies to build talent communities.
-- PSI: Leader in cognitive testing plugs into Talent Grid to offer Taleo
customers convenient access to over 800 testing facilities in the U.S.
