Change in shareholding, exercise of warrants and exercise of stock options
TORONTO, February 14, 2017 /Marketwired/ - Dalradian Resources Inc. (TSX:DNA)(AIM:DALR) ("Dalradian" or the "Company") announces the following changes in shareholdings:
In addition, the Company also announces that a total of 40,000 common share purchase warrants issued on 7 October 2015 were exercised by Dalradian shareholders on the 6 and 9 of February 2017 ("February Warrant Admission") at a price of C$1.04, resulting in proceeds to the Company of C$41,600. The shares issued upon exercise of the warrants were admitted for trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange as part of the block admission announced on 23 September 2016. Also, 28,829 shares were issued as a result of stock options exercised by employees on 10 February 2017 with exercise prices between C$0.67 and C$1.10 (the "Options Admissions") using the cashless exercise option available under the Company's stock option plan.
Application has been made for 28,829 common shares further to the exercise of the stock options, which will rank pari passu with the existing common shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 17 February 2016 (the "February Warrant Admission" and the "Option Admissions").
Following the February Warrant Admission and Option Admissions, the Company will have in issue 249,697,872 Common Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
